宽弦空心风扇叶片动力响应特性研究
Investigation of dynamic response property of wide-chord hollow fan blade

摘要: 宽弦空心风扇叶片是未来风扇叶片的发展趋势.本文采用ANSYS软件利用数值模拟方法, 通过对叶片的模态特性和脉冲激励下的响应特性研究得到了叶片的基本变形以及动态响应变形情况.结论为该风扇叶片振动时以弯曲变形为主, 工作转速在6000r/min以内, 弯曲振动变形规律以及叶片空心加芯板的结构决定了叶片应力集中发生在内含芯板的叶盆中心处.另外, 在叶片高速旋转时的离心作用使得叶根处也成为应力集中区域.Abstract: Wide-chord hollow fan blade is the trend of future development.By means of numerical simulation,basic deformations and deformations under dynamic response were investigated through the analysis of mode characteristic and the study of dynamic response characteristic under the pulsed excitation.Results show that the blade mainly has flexural deformation as the blade vibrating,and the rotating speed of the blade must be within 6 000 rpm.The flexural vibratory deformation regulation and the structure of hollow with core board decide that the stress concentration should occur in somewhere of the center of blade basin with core board.In addition,the root of blade become into the area of stress concentration with the effect of centrifugal force under the blade's high rotating speed.
