从压力面到吸力面开槽后叶栅特性的数值分析
Numerical simulation on cascade characteristics with slot from pressure surface to suction surface

摘要: 用CFD方法对某叶型开槽前后的流场进行了数值模拟, 初步研究表明通过在压力面到吸力面开槽能有效控制和延缓叶栅吸力面附面层的分离, 从而增大气流的转折能力, 降低总压损失, 扩大叶栅的稳定工作范围.通过开槽处理, 改变了叶栅表面的静压分布, 使叶栅前段、后段的负荷增大, 小槽进口附近的负荷减小.Abstract: The CFD method was used for the analysis of the cascade characteristics with and without slots.The computed results indicate that the cascade with slot can control and delay the separation of the boundary layer on the suction surface.This can facilitate the gas to turn greater angle,and decrease the total pressure loss together with the enlargement of the stable operating range.Compared with the cascade without slot,the surface load of cascade with slot increases near the leading edge and trailing edge and decreases at the slot inlet.
