竹节形扰流元对流动与换热特性影响的数值研究
A numerical study on the effects of bamboo-shaped pin fin arrays on flow and heat transfer

摘要: 采用数值计算方法, 研究了扰流柱形状对通道中流体流动和换热的影响, 模拟了带竹节形扰流柱通道的流场.结果表明:相对于圆柱形扰流柱, 装有圆柱竹节形和椭圆竹节形扰流柱阵列矩形通道的压力损失系数分别为62%~77%和25%~27%, 而恒热流壁面的平均奴塞尔数分别降低了9%22%和22%24%.随着扰流柱排列间距的减小, 压力损失增加, 而改变扰流柱排列横向间距引起的压力损失的变化要比改变流向间距显著.Abstract: The effects of pin fins on the flow and heat transfer of passage was studied via numerical calculation method, and the flow field of bamboo-shaped columns was simulated.The calculated results show that, as compared with circle-shaped columns, the pressure loss of rectangular passage with circle bamboo-shaped and elliptic bamboo-shaped columns is 62%~77% and 25%~27%, and the average Nusselt number on the uniform heat flux end wall decreases to 9%~22% and 22%~24%.The pressure loss increases with the reduction of spacing between pin fins, and the variation of the pressure loss induced by changing spanwise pin fins spacing is more obvious than by changing streamwise pin fins spacing.
