发动机零部件稳态应力计算的状态函数法
State function for evaluating steady stress of aeroengine parts

摘要: 借鉴发动机气动参数相似准则的基本思想, 提出了根据典型工作点的应力结果直接推算出其它状态点的状态函数法.利用该方法可以快速计算发动机任意状态点的稳态应力、位移、温度, 可以便捷地为构件寿命预估提供应力谱, 使发动机零部件寿命计算过程大大简化.该方法在发动机零部件寿命预估和管理等方面有较高的实用价值.Abstract: According to the law of aerodynamic similarity, based on the stress obtained from FEM analysis under characteristic condition, state function was deduced for other operating conditions.This function can be used to determine steady stress and strain for any arbitrary operating conditions.This technique provides stress spectrum for the prediction of structure life.The method presented is valuable in life prediction and life management.
