用FTIR光谱仪测量排气系统中红外光谱辐射强度的方法

摘要: 通过理论分析及实验研究讨论了傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱仪测量排气系统中红外光谱辐射强度过程中误差产生的原因, 设计了一套简易有效的测量方法.用此方法测量了黑体和热喷流的光谱辐射强度.结果表明:该测量方法能够有效地获得排气系统的中红外光谱辐射强度, 具有工程实用价值.

Abstract: The reasons of error occurred in measuring Mid-IR spectral radiant intensity of exhaust system with Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometer was discussed through theoretical analysis and experimental research.A simple and efficient measurement method was also planned to measure the spectral radiant intensity of a blackbody and a hot plume.The results show that Mid-IR spectral radiant intensity of exhaust system could be measured effectively by this method,thus offering a high value of engineering practicability. -
