飞机燃油系统热管理研究

摘要: 为了充分利用飞机所载燃油作为冷源来冷却飞机的其他机载设备与系统,发挥燃油的最大使用效益,提出了飞机燃油系统热管理.通过对飞机燃油系统中流体网络的关键部件燃油增压泵、液动涡轮泵和管网进行数学建模以求解流体网络各节点的流量、压力、温度和热损失,从而能预测出各种情况下换热器前的燃油入口温度和进入飞机发动机前的燃油温度.研究内容可为飞机燃油这一冷源的综合利用及飞机燃油系统的热管理提供科学依据.Abstract: To make full use of onboard fuel to cool down airborne equipments and systems as a cool source,the concept of heat management of aircraft fuel was presented.The flow rate,pressure,temperature and heat loss of various nodes in the fluid network could be obtained through mathematical modeling of key components in the fluid network of aircraft fuel system,e.g.the fuel pressure pump,turbine-pump,and pipeline network.This makes it possible to predict the inlet temperature before the heat changer and the engine in any circumstance.The research provides a basis for scientific comprehensive utilization of fuel and heat management of aircraft fuel system.
