两级星型齿轮传动系统非线性动力学研究
Non-linear dynamic study of2-stage star gear train

摘要: 建立了两级星型齿轮传动系统的非线性动力学分析模型,模型中考虑了系统的综合啮合误差、时变啮合刚度以及齿侧间隙.采用数值积分方法对多间隙多自由度非线性微分方程组进行了求解.分析了两级星型齿轮传动系统由简谐振动、非谐单周期振动、倍周期振动以及拟周期振动通向混沌的非线性动力学特性.Abstract: A dynamic analysis model was established for 2-stage star gear train,wherein the transmission error and the time-varying stiffness and backlash were considered.Using ODE45 integration method,the nonlinear differential equations with multiple backlashes were solved.The nonlinear dynamic behavior,which leads to chaos from harmonic vibration,non-harmonic vibration,period-doubling vibration and quasi-periodic vibration by changing frequency excitation of the system,was discussed thereof.
