富氧预燃室试验启动过程研究

摘要: 为开展全流量补燃循环发动机富氧预燃室试验研究,对其试验启动过程进行了设计,阐述了试验条件下的富氧预燃室启动过程的特点,选择了非传统的富燃点火启动模式.对该预燃室启动过程动态特性进行仿真研究和热试车试验,计算与试验结果吻合良好,多次试验结果表明在小流量富氧预燃室上应用富燃点火启动点火可靠性高、试验稳定可靠,无任何烧蚀现象.启动方案的研究和仿真为预燃室的试验打下基础,并为今后该类型发动机动态过程研究提供参考.Abstract: In order to develop oxidizer-rich preburner technology of full-flow staged combustion cycle engine(FFSC),this paper planned the start-up experiment for an H2/O2 ox-rich preburner,and described their characteristics under test conditions.And,a fuel-rich ignition start-up mode was selected.The simulation study and test run of preburner show that,the calculated results match the test results,demonstrating that fuel-rich ignition for small flux ox-rich preburners is reliable and steady without any burning.This research and simulation lay a firm basis for future test and study of similar preburners.
