Abstract:
Based on in-depth analysis of the operation of piston pump with the methods of coordinate conversion and track projection via the help of MATLABsoftware,the dimensional formation of mounting holes in the holder slipping shoe were presented,and the design and calculation methods were developed,which has the following advantages: all formulas are calculated by integrated theory,no rounding numbers are required;all outputs are accurate solutions,ensuring that all the outputs are real theoretical values;all dimensional design parameters of mounting holes in slipping shoe can be obtained in one calculation process.The simulation results indicate that the design method and dimensional calculation are correct.
