复合材料机匣冲击后的力学性能分析
Analysis of mechanical properties of composite case after impact

摘要: 应用三维逐渐累积损伤理论及有限元分析技术,对复合材料机匣的冲击性能及冲击后在静载工况下的力学性能进行了分析.结果表明,冲击后机匣内部会产生基体开裂、基体挤压破坏、分层和纤维断裂等微观损伤;对于所研究的机匣,当冲击能超过26J后,在给定的静载工况下,其冲击损伤会大面积扩展.Abstract: A 3D progressive damage model and finite element method were used to analyze the impact properties and mechanical properties of composite case after impact under static loading.The matrix-cracking,matrix-crashing,delamination,and fiber breakage may occur in the case after impact.When the impact energy exceeds 26 J,the impact damage can spread rapidly under the given static loading.
