可跳飞自转旋翼飞行器推/升力系统参数优化
Thrust/lift system parameters optimization of gyroplane with jump takeoff capability

摘要: 对自转旋翼飞行器推/升力系统参数进行了特性分析和多目标优化设计,解决了具有跳飞性能的现代旋翼机总体方案和系统设计难题.采用叶素理论和动态入流理论,以数值积分的方法建立推力和升力计算模型;在能量转换关系和自转旋翼气动特性的基础上,建立了旋翼机跳飞性能计算模型,分析了参数对跳飞过程的影响,并以算例验证了计算模型有效可靠.基于六西格玛和改进的遗传算法,对推/升力系统参数分层地进行了多目标优化,优化结果表明本文方法正确合理,优化后的系统参数提高了飞行器总体性能.Abstract: For designing modern gyroplane with jump takeoff capability,the characteristics of thrust/lift system parameters are investigated,and a multiobjective optimization method is presented.To calculate thrust/lift,the mathematical model is established through numerical integral method based on blade element theory and dynamic inflow theory.The jump takeoff is modeled on the basis of autorotating rotor aerodynamic characteristics and energy equation.The impact of parameters on jump takeoff performance is analyzed,and a computation example shows that the model is feasible and efficient.The multiobjective optimization design of the parameters is carried out hierarchically by using improved genetic algorithm and design for six sigma(DFSS).The optimized result indicates that the method is accurate and the general performance of gyroplane with these parameters is advanced.
