Fuel deposit experiment on main fuel system of modern military jet engine

摘要: 通过实验,采用称重法研究了国产航空燃油RP-3在高热负荷下的燃油积沉率与温度的关系.结果表明,在一般情况下,其积沉率低于美国JP-4,JP-,Jet-A,高于Jet-8.实验发现燃油滤网和离心喷嘴切向槽道上均有不同程度的积沉物.Abstract: The relationship between fuel deposit and temperature of Chinese jet fuel RP-3 was measured under crucial thermal condition using weighting method.The results show that,the deposit rate is below that of American jet fuel JP-4,JP-5,Jet-A,but higher than Jet-8.The various degrees of deposit occurred on the filter and the tangential channel of the nozzle swirler.
