单向带/平纹布混杂铺层层合板极限强度研究
Investigation on the ultimate strength of unidirectional tapes and plain cloth hybrid laminates

摘要: 单向带/平纹布混杂铺层方式常用于复杂复合材料结构的制备,对其极限强度进行研究具有重要的工程应用价值.把三维有限元方法和优化设计思想结合起来,建立了一种复合材料极限强度分析方法,该方法可基于通用有限元分析软件ANSYS实现.为验证该方法的有效性,实验制备了单向带/平纹布混杂铺层层合板进行了拉伸和压缩实验.结果表明该方法用于混杂铺层层合板极限强度预测,最大偏差在15%以内,满足工程应用要求.Abstract: Unidirectional-tapes/plain-cloth hybrid laminates are widely applied in fabricating complex composite structures.Atheoretical analysis approach was established in the present paper to predict the ultimate strength of the tapes/plain-cloth reinforced composites based on three dimensional finite element analysis and optimum design method.The tension and compression experiments on the tapes/plain-cloth laminates were done to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical method put forward in this paper.The deviation of the ultimate strength between the theoretically predicted results and the experimental results are within15%.
