GH30合金疲劳-蠕变概率模型的研究
Investigation on probabilistic model for fatigue-creep failure of alloy GH30

摘要: 基于疲劳-蠕变特性函数基础上,提出了针对镍基高温合金材料的疲劳-蠕变耦合失效模式的概率模型的研究方法.针对镍基合金GH30的连续疲劳-蠕变交互作用的试验结果,确定了GH30在600℃温度下的疲劳-蠕变特性函数,考虑随机因素后,进行了GH30材料在疲劳-蠕变耦合失效模式下的概率模型分析,研究表明随机因素对材料的失效概率很大,通过灵敏度分析可确定影响破坏的主要因素以提高寿命.Abstract: Aprobabilistic model for fatigue-creep reliability analysis was studied based on the deterministic fatigue-creep failure function,and the corresponding approach was proposed.Fatigue-creep failure function of alloy GH30 at 600 ℃ was established by using the experimental results under continuous cyclic creep.With consideration of random variables,probabilistic analysis for fatigue-creep of alloy GH30 was performed.The calculations show that random variables do great contributions to the failure probability.Furthermore,the effect of different variables on failure probability can be revealed through the sensitivity analysis,helping to improve the components' life.
