一种基于模型的双转子不平衡故障诊断方法
A model-based diagnosis method of unbalance faults for dual-spool system

摘要: 建立了双转子系统内外转子同时具有不平衡故障时振动响应分析模型,给出了双转子不平衡故障的微差速测试方法,构造了不平衡故障的非线性优化识别模型.分析了双转子可测点不平衡响应对转速与不平衡量之间的灵敏度关系,讨论了双转子不平衡故障的可诊断性问题,并利用数值仿真和试验对该方法进行了检验.研究表明,当测试数据含有一定的噪声时,利用少量的测点和转子的转速信息,可较准确地识别转子不平衡量故障.Abstract: Amodel for analyzing unbalance faults in dual-spool system was discussed.The dual-spool model was built using substructure transfer matrix method.Linear superposition theory was used to calculate the response on the support points when the inner and outer rotors have the unbalance faults at the same time.The method of little rotating speed difference for measuring unbalance vibration response was presented.The nonlinear optimization model for identifying the dual-spool unbalance faults was constructed,and the sequence quadratic programming(SQP) was employed to solve them.The sensibility relationship between the unbalance response from the accessible points and dual rotors speeds,or between the unbalance response and unbalance quantity,were given.The possibility of diagnosis for dual rotors unbalance faults was also discussed.The proposed methods are demonstrated using the numerical simulations and experiments.The results show that the method can successfully identify the magnitude and phase of unbalance for dual-spool using the information of speed and a few points' response data with noise.
