混合管出口掺混距离对气流温度的影响
Effect of relative space between mixing duct exits on the flow temperature

摘要: 就弯曲混合管出口与模型出口之间相对距离的改变,对一体化红外抑制器模型出口混合气流温度的影响进行了数值模拟和分析.并通过实验,对出口间距变化时模型壁面的红外辐射场进行了测量.结果表明,延长混合管出口与模型出口之间相对距离,可以增加混合管热排气与冷却气流的掺混距离,使模型出口混合气流温度峰值下降约42%;但同时会使模型壁面在3~5μm波段和8~14μm波段的红外辐射强度有所增加.Abstract: Anumerical simulation and analysis of infrared radiation field of the integrative infrared suppressor model was performed to investigate the effects of space between the model exit and curved mixing duct exit,meanwhile the temperature field of the model exit was also obtained by numerical simulation.The results show that the mixing flow temperature of the model exit will decrease 42% by extending the distances between exits,because mixing hot exhaust with rotor downwash is enhanced greatly.At the same time,the infrared radiant intensity is increased slightly between3~5μm and 8~14μm.
