带壁面射流燃烧室燃烧数值模拟
Numerical simulation of combustion in a wall jet combustor

摘要: 利用基于非结构化网格有限体积法对三维有壁面射流的燃烧室内两相流动和燃烧进行了数值研究.对气相流动在Euler坐标系下求解,而对液滴相则利用Lagrange方法进行追踪求解.计算区域采用四面体网格进行划分,气相流场用SIMPLEC计算方法,对液滴相采用了欧拉隐式方法.考虑了液滴相与气相的完全双向耦合作用,分别采用了Spalding液滴蒸发模型和涡破碎(EBU)燃烧模型,数值计算结果与文献中实验数据吻合较好.Abstract: The gas-liquid two phase flow and combustion in wall jet combustor was simulated numerically using finite volume method based on unstructured grid.The gas phase flow was solved in Euler coordinate,while the droplet was described with Lagrange method.The computational domain was divided with tetrahedron.SIMPLECmethod was used for gas phase flow and Euler implicit method for droplet trajectory integration.The interaction between two phases was taken into account with full two way coupling method.Spalding evaporation model was used for droplet evaporating and eddy breakup(EBU) model for combustion.The numerical result is consistent with experimental data in literature.
