带阻尼器磁悬浮轴承转子系统性能的实验分析
Experimental analysis on characteristics of the system supported by magnetic bearings and magnetic damper

摘要: 在一般磁悬浮轴承转子系统的基础上增加磁悬浮阻尼器,构成磁轴承与磁悬浮阻尼器组合支承转子系统。通过试验模态分析和系统高速旋转实验研究了不同控制参数下组合支承柔性转子系统的动态性能,并与一般磁悬浮系统进行了比较。实验结果表明,磁悬浮阻尼器对系统性能有较大影响,提高了系统在弯曲模态振动时的阻尼,使系统顺利越过2阶弯曲临界转速在16000r/min以上稳定运行。Abstract: The system was supported by two radial magnetic bearings,one axial magnetic bearing and one radial magnetic damper.The radial magnetic damper only supported the rotor with damping and with no stiffness.Influence of the control parameters on characteristics of the system was studied by experimental modal analysis and actual operation of the system.Experimental analysis of the system shows that the vibration of the rotor can be reduced effectively,when it got across the first two bending critical speeds and operated on over 16000 rotations per minute.
