直通篦齿静止衬套上磨损槽对泄漏特性影响的数值研究
Numerical investigation of effect of static bush with rub-grooves on the straight-through labyrinth seal leakage

摘要: 对静止耐磨衬套环面上矩形磨损槽的直通篦齿封严结构的泄漏特性进行了数值研究,分析了磨损槽的结构尺寸和篦齿相对位置(轴向和径向)的影响.与普通无槽直通篦齿结构相比,齿尖磨损槽的存在改变了节流后射流的运动方向,降低了透气效应,而且磨损槽结构尺寸和相对位置的变化直接影响到齿尖节流位置和节流面积的变化,对篦齿封严性能影响较大.Abstract: A numerical investigation of influence of rub-grooves in the inner surface of static adradable bush on the leakage of a straight-through labyrinth seal was conducted,while the shape of rub-grooves and relative axial/radial locations of labyrinth teeth tips and the groove were studied.The results show that the rub-grooves not only change the flow direction of the jet and decrease the residual energy,but also affect the change of throttle location and the throttle area of the teeth tips,presenting great influence on the sealing performance of the labyrinth seal.
