摘要: 利用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对某氧泵诱导轮进行了入口壳体开槽的汽蚀性能的研究,分析和采用了双圆弧进口方案.在流场计算研究中,分析了无汽蚀条件下叶片前缘的负荷,然后进行了诱导轮汽蚀性能的计算.流场计算结果表明,采用的改进方案在保证扬程和效率基本不变的情况下,能够很大程度上降低叶片前缘负荷,提高诱导轮汽蚀性能.Abstract: The effect of slotting at the inlet of liquid oxygen(LOX) pump inducer casing on cavitation performance was researched using computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The scheme of blade with dual arcs was analyzed and adopted.In the process of the flow field calculation,the loading of blade inlet under non-cavitating condition was analyzed;the cavitation performance for the inducer was calculated.The calculation results indicate that,the loading of the blades inlet can be suppressed greatly,and the cavitation performance can be improved efficiently with the modified scheme,while the efficiency and head of inducer vary little.
