带有阻尼环(套筒)的篦齿封严装置动力响应特性实验
Experiments on dynamic response of labyrinth air seals with damping-ring/sleeves

摘要: 以带有开口阻尼环(套筒)的悬臂柱壳为对象,进行了悬臂柱壳/阻尼环(套筒)组合结构动力响应特性实验研究,并将实验结果与理论结果进行了对比,以验证理论分析的正确性.通过实验研究了阻尼环的安装位置、阻尼套筒的厚度、宽度、开口量和激振力等参数对组合结构动力响应特性的影响规律.阻尼环在悬臂柱壳上的安装位置对其减振效果有很大的影响;阻尼套筒通过"移频"和干摩擦阻尼作用,有效地降低了组合结构的振动峰值;当组合结构发生不同的周波型振动时,即使是相同的阻尼环(套筒),它的减振效果也是不同的.Abstract: The experimental results of dynamic response for the shell with different damping-ring/sleeves verified the validity of the proposed simplified model and the numerical simulation results in this paper.The influences of variable parameters on the dynamic response,such as the width,thickness,gap size and installed position of damping-ring/sleeves were also discussed.The region of installation of damping-ring has great influence on its effect of vibration control.With the effect of "frequency-transfering" and friction damping,the damping-sleeves reduce the peak of the vibration notably.When the shell vibrates in different circumferential waves,even for the same damping-ring/sleeve,its effect of vibration control is different.
