进气道旋流的模拟及试飞中的测量与评价

摘要: 为深入研究旋流以全面评价进气道/发动机相容性,研制了一套可调叶片转折角、叶片高度、叶片数的叶片式旋流发生器.通过数值模拟、风洞试验逐步验证了叶片式旋流发生器的有效性,分析了各种可调参数对旋流发生结果的影响.提出了飞行试验中可行的旋流评价指标以及测量方案,并应用于风洞试验以进行验证.数值及试验结果表明:①所设计的旋流发生器可产生整体涡强度达28°的旋流;②叶片数、叶片攻角对旋流发生效果的影响最为显著;③通过不同的叶片布局方式可模拟出各种典型的旋流结构.Abstract: To investigate swirl and perfect evaluation criterion of inlet/engine compatibility,a set of swirl generator was developed with adjustable blade turning angle,height and density.The validation of the swirl generator was testified through numerical simulation and wind tunnel test.The effect of adjustable parameters was also analyzed.Feasible evaluation criterion and measurement method for inlet swirl in flight test was pointed out and applied to wind tunnel test.Numerical and wind tunnel test results show that:(1)The intensity of generated bulk swirl can reach to 28 degrees.(2)Blade density and angle of attack affect swirl intensity most.(3)All kinds of typical swirl can be simulated by different blade distribution.
