气路颗粒静电监测技术及实验

摘要: 介绍了发动机气路荷电颗粒产生的机理、静电传感器原理以及气路静电监测技术的原理,然后介绍了模拟试验装置和试验过程,并通过实验的方法对静电监测技术进行了研究,最后通过小波分析的方法对实验信号的能量分布特征进行了研究,结果为大颗粒产生的感应信号的幅度要大而能量分布集中在低频段,而细小颗粒产生的感应信号幅值较小,信号能量分布集中在高频段,实验结果为在气路监测中辨别异常颗粒提供了参考依据,同时也表明了基于颗粒静电监测方法的可行性.Abstract: The formation mechanism of charged-particles,the principle of electrostatic sensor and gas path electrostatic monitoring technology were discussed in this paper,then the simulated experimental system and experiment process were analyzed to make a preliminary exploration on gas path electrostatic monitoring technology;lastly,the energy distribution characteristics of experimental signal was studied via wavelet analysis.The results show that,the signal induced by large particle has the characteristic of large amplitude and energy distribution on low frequency band,but the signal induced by fine particle has the characteristic of small amplitude and energy distribution on high frequency band.The result provides a reference for distinguishing abnormal particle and proves the feasibility of monitoring method based on charged particle.
