吸水室内部流动的粒子图像测速试验
Experimental study on flow in the pump sump using PIV

摘要: 介绍了粒子图像测速(PIV)系统、泵试验装置和试验方案.利用PIV技术,对5种流量下泵吸水室内部流场进行试验研究,获得了速度矢量分布,计算得到吸水室出口断面特征参数和入口断面上的瞬时体积流量.结果表明,吸水室入口处速度分布较为均匀,出口处速度分布不均匀,且有偏流现象存在;在所研究的范围内,随着流量的增加,出口断面轴向速度分布均匀度提高,速度加权平均偏流角减小;吸水室内的瞬时体积流量存在明显的脉动特征,在较长时间内,呈正态分布,相对脉动幅值在6%之内,其平均值与涡轮流量计所测值相一致.PIV技术可用于瞬时体积流量的测量以及流场非稳态特性的研究.Abstract: Particle image velocimetry(PIV) system,pump experimental facility and test scheme were introduced.An experimental investigation of pump sump internal flow was performed at five different flow rates by means of PIV.The velocity vector distribution was obtained,and the characteristic parameters on the outlet section and the instantaneous volume flow rate on the inlet section were calculated.The results indicate that,the velocity distribution is uniform in the inlet and non-uniform in the outlet,and biased flow phenomenon appears in the outlet of the pump sump.Under the scope of the investigation,axial velocity distribution uniformity on the outlet section is improved and the velocity-weighed average bias angle decreases with the increase of flow rate.The instantaneous volume flow rate is impressively pulsatile and presents the Gaussian distribution,and the relative pulsation amplitude is within 6%.The mean flow rate in a longer period agrees with the flow rate measured by the turbine flowmeter.This confirms that the PIV system can be applied to measure the instantaneous volume flow rate and investigate the unsteady characteristics.
