固体发动机CT检测中的一种缺陷识别方法

摘要: 提出一种图像不变矩法和直方图分析法相结合的缺陷识别方法.首先,利用图像不变矩方法,通过形状识别,将裂缝从固体发动机缺陷中提取出来;然后,利用直方图分析法,计算出气泡和夹渣像素值所在的灰度区间,将气泡和夹渣区分.从而实现固体发动机缺陷的自动分类识别,解决了现有技术中通过人工判决缺陷而导致的识别效率低、准确性差的问题,保证了固体发动机的性能.Abstract: In order to recognize the defects in the solid motor,a new method integrating image moment invariants method and histogram analysis method was put forward.Firstly,the cracks were distinguished from other defects by using image moment invariants method to recognize the shapes of defects.Secondly,histogram analysis method was used to calculate the gray intervals of bubbles and slag inclusions,and then distinguish them.So defects in solid motor were recognized automatically.The problems such as low recognition efficiency and low veracity induced by manual defect recognition are thus resolved and the capability of solid motor is ensured.
