对转压气机转差特性试验与数值模拟
Experiment and numerical simulation of rotating-speed difference effects on a dual-stage counter-rotating compressor flow field and performance

摘要: 为了探索对转压气机流场特性,在前后级转子等转速压比和效率特性试验基础上,在一个两级对转轴流压气机试验台上进行了前后级转子不同转差下的特性实验,并对试验工况进行了数值模拟,辅助分析了转差对压气机特性及流场的影响,数值模拟与实验结果符合较好.结果表明,转差变化引起压气机性能与流场结构发生显著变化,是影响压气机性能的主要因素之一.Abstract: Preliminary researches on the rotating-speed difference in the counter-rotating compressor were presented.Some different rotating-speed differences were introduced and tested on a dual-stage axial counter-rotating compressor.The result of comparing computational simulation with experimental measurement indicates a good agreement between them.Consequently,it is verified that the rotating-speed difference is one of important influential factors to the performance of the compressor.
