渐开线轮齿的弯曲应力参数化分析
Parameterized analysis of bending stress of involute teeth

摘要: 根据渐开线和齿根过渡曲线方程及相关参变量的取值范围,将载荷作用于单齿啮合最高点,建立了一套齿轮弯曲应力的参数化平面有限元分析方法.算例显示,现行设计方法的修正系数能比较准确地反映齿根的最大拉应力.齿根弯曲最大压应力大于最大拉应力,而现行设计方法仅考虑了最大拉应力.随着刀具齿顶圆角、变位系数和齿形角的增大,齿根最大拉应力都有减少.其中,压力角和刀具齿顶圆角的影响较显著,而齿数对齿根应力几乎无影响.Abstract: The parameterized teeth model was established based on the involute and tooth root transitional curve equations with the defined interval of independent variables,and the force was loaded at the highest point of single pair meshing teeth according to the handbook.A two dimensional finite element parameterized analysis method about the tooth bending stress was presented.Through examples,the results of finite element method are in good agreement with those of the actual designing method,proving the accuracy of the model modified factor of the latter.But the stress from the former method is appreciably bigger when the tip rounding radius of generating rack is smaller or the pressure angle of tooth is bigger.The actual designing method only focuses on the tensile stress which is proved smaller than the compressive bending stress.The maximum tensile bending stress decreases with the increase of the tip rounding of the generating rack,the modification coefficient and the pressure angle.The effect of the pressure angle and the tip rounding is more prominent,while the teeth number has only slight effect on the bending stress.
