过氧化氢溶液表面沸腾换热研究
Experimental research of surface boiling heat transfer of hydrogen peroxide

摘要: 运用传热传质理论对过氧化氢溶液受热分解的表面沸腾换热过程进行分析,提出了换热系数的基本关系式.在5%~30%质量分数范围内的实验数据表明:表面换热系数随着热流密度、主体温度及溶液质量分数上升而增大;壁面温差存在极限值,其随着热流密度、质量分数和主体温度的上升而下降.Abstract: According to heat and mass transfer theory,the heat transfer of surface boiling of hydrogen peroxide solution under decomposition process was analyzed.The basic relation of heat transfer coefficient was presented.Based on the experimental data in the range of concentration from 5% to 30%,it is shown that,surface heat transfer coefficient will increase with the heat flux,bulk temperature and concentration,and there exists a maximum value of temperature difference between wall and solution,which will decrease with the increase of heat flux,bulk temperature and concentration.
