燃用低热值燃料燃烧室试验
Experimental study of combustor using low calorific value fuel

摘要: 对采用低热值气体燃料燃烧的某型发动机燃烧室进行试验研究,并对该燃烧室进行改进设计.通过降低主燃区燃气速度和对燃料气进行预热以提高燃烧效率,通过对火焰筒头部及喷嘴进行改进以提高燃烧室出口温度,通过在火焰筒掺混段加掺混管来优化温度场.试验研究表明:改进后的燃烧室其燃烧效率和出口温度优于原型燃烧室.Abstract: Combustions of low calorific value gas fuel in aero engine combustor were investigated experimentally,and the design of the combustor was improved.The combustion efficiency was promoted by decreasing gas velocity of primary zone and heating gas fuel.Combustor exit temperature was increased by amendments of combustor dome and fuel nozzle,and combustor temperature distribution was optimized by adding dilution tube into dilution zone of combustor.The experimental research reveals that combustion efficiency and exit temperature profiles of improved combustor are better than the prototype combustor.
