固体燃料冲压发动机旋流冷流流场数值模拟
Numerical simulation of cold swirl flow field for solid fuel ramjet

摘要: 为了研究固体燃料冲压发动机(SFRJ)旋流流场特性,设计了一种轴向斜孔式旋流器,推导出旋流数计算式.使用数值模拟的方法计算了不同斜孔角与不同背压下的燃烧室旋流冷流流场,研究了旋流数、旋流流场结构以及总压损失等内容.旋流器出口旋流数的理论计算值与数值计算值相比差别较小,可以满足工程需要.可通过改变斜孔角度、背压等参数改变燃烧室入口旋流数,燃烧室内中心回流区与突扩台阶回流区的总压损失最大.Abstract: In order to study the swirl flow characteristics in the solid fuel ramjet combustor,a new type of inclined multihole swirler was designed,and the analytical formula of swirl number was deduced.The cold swirl flow field in the combustor was numerically simulated with different angles of the holes and different back pressures,while the swirl flow field structure and the total pressure recovery coefficient were studied.The relative error of the swirl number at the swirler outlet of the analytical formula was small as compared to the numerical results,thus meeting the engineering need.The swirl number at the dump combustor inlet can be changed by different angles of the holes and different back pressures.The central torroidial recirculation zone and the recirculation zone after the step of the dump combustor account for biggest total pressure loss.
