某型带外涵核心机进口流场的数值分析与试验
Numerical and experimental study of air flow field of a core engine with by-pass duct

摘要: 针对某型核心机地面台和高空台试验中空气流量测量不一致的问题,开展了核心机进口流场的数值计算分析和试验研究.结果表明:距核心机内涵进口导流盆前缘1.2D~1.45D范围内的截面静压分布较为均匀.该核心机地面台和高空台试验中空气流量的差异,主要是由空气流量测量截面静压沿径向分布不均匀引起的.调整测量截面后,解决了地面台和高空台试验中空气流量测量值的差异性.Abstract: The flow field of the core engine inlet was numerically calculated to solve the problem that the air flow measured in the air simulated test facility was inconsistent with ground test.The results show that the static pressure is fairly even in the section away from the front edge of the guide disk at a distance between 1.2D and 1.45D.The above-mentioned problems were attributable to the unevenness of the distribution of static pressure along radial direction.The numerical analysis was consistent with experimental results by adjusting the measuring section,and the above-mentioned problem was solved.
