二冲程汽油机高空增压功率恢复计算研究
Computed study on power recovery of turbocharged two stroke spark ignition engine at altitude

摘要: 通过地面试验与高空仿真模拟相结合的方式对二冲程汽油机高空增压功率恢复性能进行了研究.建立了二冲程增压汽油机的仿真计算模型,分析了二冲程汽油机排气系统的特性.针对性的设计了排气管系,合理调整排气管的长度以及收缩膨胀比,促进了汽油机的扫气过程,弥补了加装增压器带来的排气背压增大缺点.研究了增压后的汽油机在不同海拔处的功率和油耗特性,其输出功率与燃油经济性比原机都有所改善,能够适应高空的工作条件.Abstract: The power recovery ability of a turbocharged two stroke spark ignition(SI) engine at altitude was studied experimentally at ground and simulated at altitude.A new exhaust system was applied for the purposes of achieving good scavenging performance.Through proper design of the exhaust pipe's length and cross section area variation,scavenging performance was improved,but always deteriorated on turbocharged engine because of back pressure rising in the exhaust pipes.Turbocharged two stroke spark ignition(SI) engine is better than corresponding original engine at altitude both in terms of output and economics.So,it is suitable to work at high altitude.
