实壁/圆弧斜槽周向不对称组合式处理机匣实验

摘要: 对实壁/圆弧斜槽组合式处理机匣在跨声压气机实验台上进行了实验研究.不同于传统处理机匣,实验的组合式处理机匣能够在大幅度提高压气机失速裕度的同时,使得其绝热效率增加接近1%,该组合式处理机匣能够取得"扩稳增效"的主要原因是,提高了叶尖区域的流通能力,抑制了分离流动,减缓了旋转失速的发生;通过采用周向非均匀分布的组合形式,减少了处理槽内的流动损失,使得机匣处理的收益大于损失,提高了压气机效率.Abstract: This thesis experimentally investigated the solid/arc slot combined casing treatment on the transonic compressor test facility.Unlike traditional casing treatments,not only the stall margin of the compressor could be enlarged greatly by using the solid/arc slot combined casing treatment,the adiabatic efficiency could also be increased nearly 1%.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the combined casing treatment increases the flow mass of the tip region,prevents the flow separation,suspends the rotating stall;with the use of the asymmetrical combination in circumferential direction,the loss in the treatment slots is reduced,the income of the combined casing treatment is more than the loss,and the adiabatic efficiency is improved.
