随机环境下涡轮盘-片剩余寿命预测方法
Research on residual life prediction of turbine blade-disc under radon environment

摘要: 采用随机有限元方法, 针对某燃气涡轮盘-片进行了热流固耦合及接触热弹塑性分析, 得到了随机应力应变响应;基于概率Miner损伤准则和应变场强法, 运用K.N.Smith疲劳损伤公式及Manson-Succop形式热强综合参数蠕变方程计算了涡轮盘-片的疲劳蠕变寿命;据此分析了影响疲劳和蠕变损伤的各种因素, 提出了装置使用和维护方面的建议.分析结果接近实际, 证明该方法不失为目前为止较好的预测涡轮盘-片剩余寿命的新方法.Abstract: Heat-fluid-solid coupling and contact thermo-elastic-plastic analysis was carried for a certain turbine blade-disc, and the stress and strain-time course was obtained in this paper.Based on probabilistic Miner's rule and strain field intensity(SFI)approach, the fatigue/creep life of turbine blade-disc was calculated by using K.N.Smith equation and Manson-Succop creep equation.Influential factors to the fatigue and creep were analyzed according to the life prediction results and some advices about utilization and maintenance of the equipment were given.Results in this paper were close to factual state, proving that the method of residual life prediction for the turbine blade-disc is preferably so far.
