进口管道对离心压气机性能影响的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of effects of the inlet pipe on the performance of a centrifugal compressor

摘要: 用数值模拟研究了不同进口管道对离心压气机性能的影响.计算模型包括进口管道、离心叶轮、无叶扩压器、蜗壳和出口管道.计算结果表明, 不同的进口管道导致离心压气机的实际性能曲线明显变化.当进口管道较长和直径较小时, 其对应的压比和效率较低, 堵塞流量较小, 这是因为进口管道改变了进口处的攻角条件.如果比较压气机的折合性能, 则进口管道的影响相对较小, 但当进口管道较长以及直径较小时, 对应的折合堵塞流量仍然较小.Abstract: Steady-state simulation including the impeller, vaneless diffuser and volute with different configurations of inlet pipe was carried out to investigate the effects of inlet pipe on the compressor performance.The results show that the uncorrelated performance curve varies obviously with different inlet pipes.When the inlet pipe is longer in length or smaller in diameter, the pressure ratio and choked mass flow of the compressor become smaller.It is because the existence of inlet pipe changes the incidence angle at the impeller inlet which determines the performance of the compressor.If compared by correlated performance, the influence of the inlet pipe is relatively smaller.However, the correlated choked mass flow is still smaller when the inlet pipe is longer in length or smaller in diameter.
