螺旋锥齿轮安装误差敏感性与容差性研究
Research on alignment error sensitivity and tolerance limit analysis of spiral bevel gears

摘要: 研究含刀倾法和变性法加工的螺旋锥齿轮齿面通用模型建立方法, 提出安装误差敏感性和容差性概念, 建立安装误差敏感性和容差性分析模型, 以包含安装误差的齿面接触分析方法为工具, 根据实际的齿轮副参数, 获得安装误差对接触质量的影响规律和保证接触质量的误差极限值.分析与实例计算表明:安装误差敏感性和容差性模型建立了安装误差与螺旋锥齿轮齿轮接触质量和安装工艺参数之间的联系, 为提高螺旋锥齿轮齿轮制造质量和制定科学的安装工艺参数提供了理论指导.Abstract: Alignment errors are important influential factors to the gears' contact quality.The general model of the spiral bevel gears' tooth processed by cutter-tilt method and modified-roll method was proposed.Method of tooth contact analysis including alignment errors was established.Effects by alignment errors were investigated, the conceptions and models of alignment errors sensitivity and tolerance were proposed.According to parameters design of the gears, the effect laws and tolerance of the alignment errors could be obtained by using this modified contact analysis algorithm.Simulation analysis shows its feasibility.Alignment error sensitivity, tolerance of the alignment errors with the corresponding calculation methods could reflect the internal influence of spiral bevel gears' contact quality and installation technology due to alignment error.The research can provide a theoretical basis for improving the design quality of the spiral bevel and hypoid gears and developing the scientific installation technology.
