进口温度影响航空煤油结焦特性实验
Experimental study of influence of inlet temperature on aviation kerosene coking characteristics

摘要: 实验研究了超临界压力下航空煤油RP-3的氧化结焦特性.实验系统压力5 MPa,RP-3质量流速4 g/s,实验段为外径2.2 mm、内径1.8 mm不锈钢管(材质:1Cr18Ni9Ti).通过改变进口温度80,100,127℃和150℃,研究了进口油温对RP-3氧化结焦的影响.实验采用近似等热流加热方式,管内壁面结焦通过称质法测量.实验结果表明:随进口温度的升高,结焦速率峰值位置大都向上游推移,且峰值高度有所增加;管内结焦总量随进口油温的升高先增加,当进口油温超过127℃后,管内结焦总量基本保持不变.Abstract: Experiments were performed to study the influence of the inlet temperature on RP-3 coke deposition characteristics.The flowing RP-3 was stressed to 5MPa,and heated up to 427℃ in a stainless steel tube(inner diametr 1.8mm,outer diametr 2.2mm,1Cr18Ni9Ti) with constant heat flux.The inlet temperature was investigated at 80,100,127℃ and 150℃.The amount of surface coke deposition was measured by weighing method.And the results show that,as RP-3 inlet temperature increases,coke deposition peaks shifts upstream and grows up slightly;the total amounts of coke deposition increase firstly and then maintains at a certain value when inlet temperature reaches 127℃.
