某小型高速离心叶轮的优化设计
Optimized design of a small type high speed centrifugal compressor

摘要: 针对某小型高速离心压气机叶轮的叶片厚度和子午流道线形进行改形,并利用商用软件Fine/Turbo对改形后的叶轮进行全三维数值计算.计算结果表明:经过优化的叶轮在设计点绝热效率提高2.4%,并且具有较高的稳定裕度.另外,将径流式叶轮改叶轮为斜流式可以减少叶轮出口区域的气流分离,但以降低其扩压能力为代价.Abstract: A small high speed centrifugal impellor had been modified by rearranging the blade thickness and meridian line type;then the improved impellor was simulated with Fine/Turbo software.The result shows that: the adiabatic efficiency of the improved impellor increases by 2.4% and it also has wilder surge margin.Besides,changing radial flow impellor to inclined flow impellor will comparatively decrease the separation of blades with sacrifice of the pressure ratio.
