超高负荷涡轮弯曲叶栅的实验研究

摘要: 对具有160°折转角的超高负荷涡轮叶栅开展了实验研究,通过实验测量和流动显示,并借助流谱拓扑分析手段,考察了叶片弯曲对超高负荷涡轮叶栅气动性能的影响.结果表明:弯叶片对超高负荷涡轮叶栅的作用效果与传统低负荷涡轮具有明显差别,叶片正弯时,流场进一步恶化,损失明显增加;而叶片反弯时,流场得到改善,损失降低.Abstract: An experimental investigation was performed to analyze the influence of bowed blade on the aerodynamic performance of the turbine cascades with high-turning angle of 160° through flow visualization and topological analysis of the flow patterns.The result shows that the influence of bowed blade on ultra-highly loaded turbine cascades with high-turning angle is different from the common turbines.A positive bowed blade deteriorates the flow structure,and the flow loss increases distinctly.A negative bowed blade improves the aerodynamic performance of the turbine cascades,and the flow loss is reduced.
