旋转对小间距扰流柱通道内的流动换热影响
Numerical simulation on flow and heat transfer in rotating channel with small spacing pin-fin arrays

摘要: 为了深入了解旋转对涡轮叶片尾缘扰流柱通道的流动换热的影响,在静止实验研究的基础上,用数值计算的方法研究了旋转情况下梯形小间距扰流柱通道内的流动结构和换热情况.数值计算结果表明:①旋转时沿着径向静压逐渐升高.靠近叶根的流量变小,而靠近叶片顶部的区段出流量变大.②在扰流柱区,旋转时迎风面和背风面的端壁换热都略有增强,但增强的幅度不超过7%,迎风面略高于背风面,但差别不大.沿着径向换热逐渐升高,靠近叶尖处的换热强而靠近入口叶根处的换热弱.Abstract: Numerical simulation was conducted to study the rotational effects on flow and heat transfer in pin-fin rotating ducts.The pin-fin is low and the chord-wise pin spacing is small.Numerical results show that rotation influences the pressure distribution and chord-wise ejection mass flow rate.In pin-fin rotating duct,the pressure increases gradually in the radial direction due to the effect of centrifugal force.The chord-wise ejection mass flow rate becomes smaller near the entrance and becomes larger near the radial exit.Rotation also influences the wall heat transfer,and enhances the pin-fin endwall heat transfer slightly.The heat transfer on the leading side of the duct is slightly higher than that on the trailing side.
