全流量补燃循环发动机富氧预燃室设计与试验

摘要: 针对全流量补燃循环发动机,给出了一种分区燃烧、身部二次喷注掺混、表面镀镍抗氧化的富氧预燃室设计方案,设计了富燃点火启动富氧关机的试验时序,进行了26次试验,初步研究了身部二次喷注流量大小对燃气均匀性的影响.试验结果表明:预燃室结构设计合理,点火可靠、结构安全;身部二次喷注流量变化对出口燃气均匀度分布影响明显,存在一个二次喷注流量最佳值.

Abstract: A design scheme of oxygen-rich preburner with division combustion,downstream dilution and nickel coatings was presented based on the full flow staged combustion(FFSC) rocket engine cycle.The firing sequence of fuel-rich starting-up and oxygen-rich shutting-down was designed and 26 times experiments were completed.The influence of the different downstream dilution flux on the uniformity of the product temperature was investigated primarily.The results show that the structure of preburner is rational,and the reliability of ignition and security of structure are reached.The distribution of the product temperature is influenced remarkably by downstream dilution in the experiments.And,an optimum downstream dilution flux exists.
