Abstract:
The work is referred to the general-structural design method and process of a micro turbojet engine with thrust of 245N.The main subsystems design were introduced respectively including rotor system,flame chamber and lubrication-cooling system,plus the structural problems and corresponding solving methods met in ground operation.The design process was achieved by combing finite element method(FEM) and experiments,and the experimental results indicated that this engine satisfied the design requirements.These design experiences are valuable references for series design of micro turbojet engines.
