涡轮泵启动过程振动故障检测方法

摘要: 为了更全面地保证液体火箭发动机涡轮泵的安全,提出了一种针对其启动过程的振动故障检测方法,首先对等时间隔采集的振动数据进行重采样,获得等角间隔的振动数据,消除转速变化对振动特征的影响,选择并计算振动特征值,最后采用支持向量回归方法建立振动特征与转速的非线性关系模型.当新的测试数据偏离模型一定限度时,表明涡轮泵工作异常.2.2 s试车数据的检测时间只有0.0470 s,说明模型可用于涡轮泵启动过程故障检测.Abstract: In order to completely enhance the safety of liquid rocket engine turbopump,aiming at its start-up process,a method for vibration fault detection was presented.Firstly,the vibration data sampled by equal time interval were resampled and the data of equiangular interval were obtained to drive out the speed fluctuation influence on vibration features.Secondly,the vibration feature was selected and calculated.Finally,the nonlinear relational model between vibration feature and rotational speed was founded by support vector regression.Once the deviation between the new test data and the model is over a limit,it shows evidence of turbopump fault.The detection time of 2.2s test data is 0.0470s.It shows that the model can be used for the turbopump fault detection in start-up process.
