人字齿轮承载接触分析与试验
Loaded tooth contact analysis of double helical gears and experimental investigation

摘要: 根据人字齿轮均载传动的特点,提出了人字齿轮承载接触分析的方法.首先,通过有限元法计算得到齿面柔度矩阵和轴变形产生的附加柔度矩阵,将两者叠加获得人字齿轮系统的齿面法向柔度矩阵.其次,将有限元、柔度矩阵、数学规划和齿轮(一般为小轮)的轴向移动结合在一起,计算得到人字齿轮副的承载啮合过程.最后,以一对试验人字齿轮为例,通过对齿面轻载印痕和承载传动误差的比较,结果验证了所提出的人字齿轮承载接触分析方法的正确性.Abstract: According to the meshing characteristics of load sharing of double helical gears,the method of loaded tooth contact analysis(LTCA) of double helical gears was proposed.Firstly,tooth surface normal flexibility matrix caused by unit normal force of tooth surface point and the additional matrix caused by the deformation of shafts were obtained through the finite element calculation.The additional matrix was added to the tooth surface flexibility matrix and the normal flexibility matrix of gear system was generated then.Secondly,the loaded tooth contact analysis was completed.In the analysis process,the finite element,the programming method and the axial displacement of pinion were combined.Finally,an experiment that compared the result of tooth surface light contact and loaded transmission error of measure with calculation was provided,which verified the correct of method proposed.
