柔性支承浮环柱面气膜密封准动态特性分析
Analysis of quasi-dynamic characteristics of compliant floating ring gas cylinder seal

摘要: 通过对柔性支承浮环柱面气膜密封系统工况特点和工作原理的研究,分析了该密封系统的设计分析要点;提出该密封系统的准动态特性计算分析方法,建立了基于旋转坐标系的系统稳态工作特性的数值计算模型;采用有限元法实现了密封气膜力学特性和密封稳态特性的计算仿真.计算得到了反转轴间柔性支承浮环柱面气膜密封系统的主要密封特性参数随膜厚变化的特性曲线,为密封系统设计提供了理论基础.Abstract: Based on the service conditions and working principle of a compliant floating ring gas cylinder seal,the key-points of the seal design and analysis were studied and the numerical calculation model was established on rotating reference frame. A quasi-dynamic characteristics analysis method was presented and the seal performance was analyzed quantitatively. Static characteristics of the seal and mechanical characteristics of the gas film were calculated through finite element method. According to the typical service conditions in counter-rotating shafts,the relationship of the seal performance parameters and the film thickness was obtained through numerical analysis and simulation.
