浮环涡动对浮动环轴承油膜压力分布影响的研究

摘要: 研究了考虑浮动环涡动时,内、外层挤压油膜力的分布情况.从广义不可压Reynolds方程出发,推导了浮环轴承内、外层油膜的瞬态控制方程,结合Hirs整体流动理论和Moody壁面摩擦系数方程,获取浮动环的运动方程.通过算例,较为深入地研究了浮动环涡动情况以及对油膜压力分布的影响:进动半径随轴颈偏心率增大而略呈减小趋势,内层油膜其正压力区将沿周向平移.Abstract: In consideration of the whirling motion of the floating-ring,the distribution of the oil pressure of the outer squeeze film and the inner squeeze film was studied in this paper. Based on Hirs'bulk flow theory,Moody' frication factor equation and the generalized incompressible Reynolds equation,the transient governing equations of the inner and the outer squeeze film and the equation of the motion of the floating-ring were set up. Using a numerical example,the relationship between the whirling motion of the floating ring and the distribution of the oil pressure was discussed. The result shows that the procession radius decreases as the eccentricity of the rotor increases,and the positive oil pressure zone moves in circumferential direction.
