计及套圈变形的薄壁角接触球轴承性能分析
Performance analysis of thin-wall angular contact ball bearings considering the ferrule deformation

摘要: 为了准确计算柔性支承轴承负荷分布,以外圈孤立点支承薄壁角接触球轴承为例,建立了三维有限元分析模型,考虑外圈受载后弯曲变形对滚动体负荷分布的影响,分析不同工况下轴承负荷分布,寿命及刚度等性能的变化规律,并将有限元法的计算结果与拟动力学法及实验结果进行分析比较.结果表明,有限元方法计算结果与实验结果更为接近.Abstract: In order to calculate accurately the load distribution among the rolling elements of flexible supported bearing,the finite element method was used to research the performance of flexible supported thin-wall angular contact ball bearings in this paper.Ferrule bending deformation under load was considered for flexible supported bearings,and the change law of load distribution,life span and stiffness in different conditions was obtained.The results were compared with those obtained by the quasi-dynamic method and the experiment.It is found that the results of finite element method are close to the experimental values as the ferrule deformation and boundary condition are considered.
