出流方式对阵列冲击换热的影响
Influence of exit flow type on heat transfer of array impingement

摘要: 采用瞬态液晶技术测量了阵列冲击靶面的局部传热系数.获得了冲击雷诺数为5 000,10 000,15 000,20 000,25 000时三种不同出流方式时的靶面传热系数分布规律.结果表明:双侧出流时,靶面的平均传热系数比单侧出流要高;不同方式的单侧出流,由于产生的横流强弱作用不同,所以靶面的平均传热系数也有所不同.不同出流方式时,靶面的局部传热系数均随冲击雷诺数的升高而升高.Abstract: A transient liquid crystal technique was used to measure the local heat transfer coefficients on a target surface with array impingement hole.The effects of jet Reynolds number(5 000,10 000,15 000,20 000,25 000) and three different exit flow types on the heat transfer coefficients were also investigated.Results show that,the average heat transfer coefficient of target plate with double-sided flow is higher than that with single-sided flow;due to the different strengths of crossflow,the heat transfer coefficients on the target plate are also different.For each exit flow type,the local heat transfer coefficient increases with the jet Reynolds number over entire impingement target plate.
