基于统计特征的轴流压气机喘振检测

Surge detection of an axial compressor based on statistical characteristics

  • 摘要: 在分析四种型号轴流压气机36组试验数据的基础上,统计发现压气机出口总压脉动的有效值服从正态分布;有效值及其标准差因机型不同而不同,并随工作转速变化而变化.设计了基于统计特征的自动门限喘振在线检测系统.通过试验验证显示,可在喘振发生时发出报警信号.该方法计算简单,具有较大的工程应用价值.
