弧齿锥齿轮激励研齿的动态研磨分析与试验

Study and experiments of dynamic mechanism of excited gear lapping of spiral bevel gear

  • 摘要: 建立了包含齿侧间隙、传动误差和时变啮合刚度等因素的10自由度弧齿锥齿轮研齿系统的动力学模型,针对普通研齿的不足之处,提出了激励研齿加工方法,对普通研齿和激励研齿动态位移响应和动态研磨力进行了对比分析,结果表明激励研齿方法使工作齿面和非工作齿面同时得到研磨,增加了研齿时的动态研磨力.超声激励下的弧齿锥齿轮研齿试验表明激励研齿方法能提高研齿的效率,提高齿形精度,改善齿面质量和轮齿啮合特性.
